It is impossible to say enough good things about Joseph. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was extremely pleasant. Even though he had a professional demeanor, it was like we had an old friend here with us, He talked us through what he was doing and answered our many questions with a smile. We really don't want another multi virus nightmare but when we get one we'll definitely call Joseph whose card is taped to the top of our computer! Thanks Joseph.

Prompt. Works fast. Very affordable. Knows his stuff pretty well but not experienced with older equipment. But if what needs fixing can be found online, he's probably going to fix your problems as well as someone with decades of experience.
