Introduction: Realistic Management provides up to date technology to connect with tenants, receive requests, send reminders, collect payments and more. I have worked on the legal side of property ownership (rental homes) and understands the frustrations landlords go through when having to handle all the legal paperwork, go to court, and quite possibly handling evictions. My company understands the need of organization and time and wants to provide those services to you. I pride herself in knowing and understanding rental/property laws. I am here to make property ownership as simple as possible. Aside from property management I offer assistance in an array of administration, documentation, packing/moving, cleaning and staging/interior decorating. I'm also able to watch your fur babies (I have one too his name is Tiny). The owner enjoys going to court and making sure all processes are followed according to the law. I likes to be to help frustrated/worried landlords process all steps in property ownership. I enjoy making people happy. Having them come to a beautiful home/office and seeing that they are pleased makes me happy.
