FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our session fees vary based on term commitment. We reward all clientele with built-in discounts based on how many sessions per week they commit to and the extent of their commitment to term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Primarily, with all new clientele we start with a consultation call. If the incoming client is an athlete, we request video prior to the call to gain a better idea of the athlete's habits, tendencies, deficiencies, and strengths. This allows us to plan and build better programs prior to session #1. For individual strength training clientele, we ask questions based on training or injury history. The first session is always an assessment session to understand the client's capabilities including: (1) Weight manipulation, (2) Endurance levels, (3) Proper technique and mechanics, etc. Prior to the first session, all clientele must sign one of our Player Agreements, and complete payment for the selected term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All coaches/staff are CPR certified, USSF Coaching Licensed (Soccer), and are Certified or completing Certifications in one of the following: (1) Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), (2) Personal Trainer (PT), (3) Nutrition, (4) Corrective Exercise (CES), (5) Youth Fitness Specialist (YFS), and (6) Exercise Therapy.
