Hello ma'am the Cleaner's stated to you that the stain in the tub would not come out. We don't sweep carpets we vacuum them I make my Cleaner's take pictures of there work and the caprpets we're vacuum. They did not send me any pictures of the windows. I apologise for any inconveniences if you would like me to come back out to your home please feel free to give me a call!
We hired her for a move out clean...the house was to be cleaned and ready for the next tenants to move in. The refrigerator was still dirty, bathrooms still dirty, baseboards as well. We are now recleaning the house ourselves.May 29, 2018VerifiedRachaunda Y.'s reply
Hi Goodmorning ma'am you stated to me that you did not want me to touch the freezer because your husband was still using the food so i did not wipe out the freezer i apologize for that. Also you did not state to me that you wanted your walls wiped. I apologize for the inconvenience. I can come out and fix the situation. We do not allow for our customers to feel u satisfied..So i deeply apologize and call me if you need me any help!
We hired this company to help with move out cleaning. From my understanding and what we agreed to, their crew was to clean the walls in the house, and then 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and the kitchen for $179. They took a deposit from me of $20, and then you charged me $179. With the deposit already paid, I should have only been charged $159. And the crew did a terrible job. They didn't clean one of the bathrooms, they left the walls in 1 of the rooms we agreed would be cleaned dirty. And in another room, I had to go back later and scrub it completely clean because it was only partially clean. They also left paint on the floor in one of the rooms. And the cabinets,microwave, and stove, were left untouched. After going to the company directly with my issues, we agreed on a partial refund only for them to recant on that after calling me the next day with a member of the cleaning crew that came to my house, arguing with me that they had did everything we asked. Very unprofessional, and if they did everything we asked why do the pictures show otherwise. Hi Mr.Marcus I hope your having a lovely day! I issued your refund as I stated before it taking 7-10 business days! Also my employee did not argue with you he stated to you that he did the walls and the paint that did not come up your wife ok it and signed the contract stating the contract saying she was satisfied. We also stated that the paint would not come up you said you would let the landlord deal with it. I apologise for any inconvenience you are feeling but we talk about this situation and agree that it was a misunderstanding communication from your wife because you had to leave for a business trip. I try my best to satisfy my customers and ask them exactly what they need done before I send my cleaner's and you did not State anything about windows, microwave PAINT, We scrub the walls the best we did . I even came back out to scrub the walls again and it did not come out. If we scrub anyharder there would have wall damage and you would have been upset about that. Again I apologise for how you.. but I refunded you for miscommunication between you and wife.Have a good day

Hi ma'am when my Cleaner's left you signed the contract stating you were satisfied. Also I talked to you before the Cleaner's leave so I'm not understanding why you would say this. Also I give all my customers a 2 hour window I gave you a 10-12 window and my Cleaner's arrived at 1100a.m so I don't recall we we're late. So for the misunderstanding have a blessed day!
