I hired José to install a kitchen faucet. He responded promptly and was able to provide a quote by viewing pictures of the new faucet and the one being replaced which was convenient. He was able to do the install on short notice and did it quickly. He was polite and friendly. An hour or so after the work was completed, I noticed a leak and José came right back out to resolve the issue. José was able to address the issue and even called the next day to make sure there were no further issues. There is a small problem with the faucet itself (a defective part, NOT due to José's work at all) and José even offered to take the faucet out and install a new one if we decide we want to return it! THAT is excellent customer service! Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority for Jose, I will hire him again!

Not only was the quality of work top notch from Jose, his quote was well below two others I received. I didn't have the wood for my shed foundation on site, Jose went to pick this up for me since I didn't have a truck. That was a nice bonus as the other contractors required me to do this. This man is honest, talented and I would highly recommend him to others. I will surely use him in the future!
