Ryan showed up earlier than expected. His knowledge that was delivered throughout the inspection was technical but he was able to explain in a manner of understanding. No other inspector that I know would walk a roof in November(keeping safety in mind obviously) and get a clear picture of the condition. I fully entrust ProPrecise to any other inspection should I need one in the future.
