Kevin did an excellent job. My previous contractor broke his leg and I needed a lot of odd and end repairs to finish a coach house apartment so that I could get it rented out . Main task were : 1. install 4 base kitchen cabinets and baseboards and move an electrical outlet for better usage. Prep was to drywall missing wall 2. Replace a wooden stair that was cracked. 3. Bathroom - regrout old tiles, fix the tub drain and add new p trap, demo half bathroom tile wall and replace with drywall and replace old recessed mirror and put new one in , move electrical outlets , caulk tub , install new flooring in bathroom (required a lot of prep work to make floor level) , install sink and plumbing , put toilet back . 4. Seal up window outside that was boarded up . 5. Connect electrical light in bathroom.
It was a lot of stuff and he completed everything in 6 days . He did an amazing job and everything looks polished ,clean and very professional. There were a few design challenges but I liked that we both would brainstorm and come up with a good solution. I would highly recommend Kevin because he does great work , is easy going and gives a fair price and does quality work. I will continue to contact him for all my future projects that I may need.

Kevin did an amazing job for me. He installed the new sink and we ran into a problem with in the wall and he came out the next day to help me with that problem too. Will definitely hire again in the future

Kevin repaired and patched my kitchen ceiling after I had canned lights installed. He also painted my kitchen and dinning room. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous in maintaining the highest quality work and to my wife's delight he cleaned up after himself each day.

Kevin is a pleasure to work with as a contractor who is competent, personable and honest.
Unlike some others, he is highly conscientious, values quality and doing the job right with meticulous attention to detail. He’s neat on the job site neat and when working inside the home. Importantly, he is a good listener, talks through what the customer needs & wants and presents options to choose from for how to complete the job.
