Introduction: The Athletics of Business is a result of a combined 25 years of experience as a college basketball coach, mortgage broker, VP of Operations in the recruiting industry and an inspirational speaker. The Athletics of Business is a leadership mindset based on the belief that the same skills, traits, and behaviors which make elite athletes and championship teams so successful are not only applicable in the business world and life, they are key to your success in achieving massive success. Everything I do is filled with positive energy, passion, authenticity, and integrity. To me, it is all about becoming the best version of ourselves on the individual and team level. I have a passion for working with individuals and teams to help them move from where they are toward where they want to be. When I see folks move away from their limiting beliefs and behaviors toward maximizing their potential it is very rewarding. The relationships which are built and having clients allow me to be a part of their journey is both exciting and humbling.
