- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the clients home or business for a consultation. For larger projects we usually discuss the scope of work and evaluate plans, design, and execution. I follow up with an estimate shortly afterwards. Smaller jobs can sometimes be completed same day, possibly on the same visit with materials I have on hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the residential construction field my entire life. Currently I am the supervisor for a high end custom home builder in the Baton Rouge area.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make certain the individual is honest and has the client's best interest in mind. There are too many unqualified people with questionable work ethics running around, promising people the world and delivering nothing.
