aerobic and/or resistance training (weight) programs specific to your fitness goals and
provide nutritional guidance so you can reach them. I will also motivate you to do more
than you ever thought you could! This involves teaching proper exercise techniques so
you can get results without nagging injuries.

I first came into contact with Clarence at SPT through the afternoon Boot Camp that is offered. I found the work outs challenging, and they definitely helped build endurance in my muscles which assisted in my half marathon training. I liked the variety of exercises and the upbeat feeling of the class. I was able to tone my muscles and drop a clothing size in one summer.

Clarence did a great job at giving me the training plan that I needed and was very motivational along the way. He always made sure that I was lifting weights properly to ensure not injuring myself.
