- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing initially sent to our customers is a very rough estimate. Every facility is unique and therefore needs to be assessed in person for a proper evaluation in order to provided the most accurate quote for our clients. We never want to do a disservice to our business and especially not for our clients by provided a quote without gathering all of the necessary information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer establishes an interest in our company I like to reach out to them and speak over the phone to ask them necessary details regarding their cleaning needs. Details such as, how many sq feet the facility is, the frequency of cleanings, and any other details that seem necessary to understand within that particular job. After establishing those facts I would come in to do a walk-thru of the facility to confirm everything we spoke about and to look for anything other details that I would like to express to the facility manager at that time. I compile all of the details and within 24 hours send them via email an office quote (typically not much different that the initial quote) that explains all of the services to be performed and when. We like to be very thorough here at KCC, no surprises, just satifaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always an entrepreneur at heart and one heck of a neat freak. I put the two together and started a very successful business that I am quite proud of. I am excited going to work everyday and getting the chance to provide other people with careers.
