- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to price, the customer has their choice. They can choose from a menu of flat rate services or select a package based on the number of monthly transactions the business incurs. Some services such as compilation/write-up are done at an hourly fee of $35.00. Income tax preparation is based on the forms used and the complexity of the return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an Free Initial Consultation to find out what the client wants and needs. From there clients can select a package plan or choose to pay a flat fee for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of Portland State University with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, Accounting. I have more than 26+ years accounting experience including corporations, small business, partnerships, and non-profit. I'm also an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice tax before the IRS and an Oregon State Board of Tax Practitioners licensed tax consultant. I have over 10+ years experience preparing taxes for individuals and businesses at a large national tax firm.
