- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting to provide any of our services (such as a general accounting support and bookkeeping services, an accounting / bookkeeping training, and accounting consulting), we will discuss the scope of services and topics / issues to be considered and covered during our mutual business or educational activities. Thus, we talk first to be sure we fully understand your requests and expectations, following by the signed agreement / engagement letter for ensuring quality of services we provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, and Business, with 12 years experience in Accounting and 10 years in Information Technology. Excellent knowledge and ability to help with difficult Quickbooks accounting issues, to fix errors, and reconcile.
