- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our DJ Services it is a flat rate of $100 per hour Minimum 3 hours(this includes lighting, song list choices, fog geysers, gobo, wireless mics, Professional DJ's and much more) tax not included. For Photo Booth services we charge $400 for 2 hours, each additional hour $100. Unlimited sessions (and a print for every person in a session) Thumbdrive of all photostrips at the end of the event. DVD video slide show (Delivered within 1-2 weeks) Personalized Guest Book (Weddings Only) Wide variety of fun props Option to upload individual strips to Facebook, Email and other social sites *** Green Screen technology (must be selected prior to event) Logo and/or text on photo strip Personalized Welcome screen designed Personalized Logo or Text on photo strip Personalized photo strip background Set up breakdown of equipment does not count toward your time *** Only available if venue provides acceptable WI-FI Taxes not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage our clients to come see, hear, and experience our services. We even give them a free photo session in the photo booth. We have full worksheets pages so we have every detail covered before every event. We work with the client from the beginning and meet with them several more times before event to make sure all the final touches are acceptable to them. We give them the full DJ experience with lights, fog geysers, sound and music selection. Our clients will be in control from the moment they book with us until the last song is played or the last photo it taken in the photobooth.
