Frank and his team recently built two decks for us. They did a great job, finished in a timely way and left no mess. His ethic is superior in a day when you're not sure who can be trusted. He also gave us great advice on bolstering their design structurally. His wisdom comes from many years in the commercial building scene. We are very pleased with the excellent job Palace Construction did on redoing our master bathroom. They changed a regular shower into a zero entry walk in shower with seat, grab bars, new stool counter top, ceramic tile floors and walls. They did a very professional job, on time and on budget. Always cleaned up every day and when job was done. We highly recommend them.

Frank provided a quick accurate estimate and completed the project in the minimum amount of time. He kept in constant contact with me keeping me informed of progress and remaining tasks to be completed. He went above and beyond his estimate by repairing minor unexpected flaws without charging me extra. The quality of the finished product was his overall concern.
