- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with a customer and talk about their wants, needs, and any issues they may foresee. We then can figure out strategies for accomplishing exactly what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
REALTOR. Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) - class and designation that shows that I have training in handling concerns unique to seniors. Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) - courses and designation giving me the tools needed to successfully and best represent a buyer and their needs. Current real estate law and ethics training.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find an agent you enjoy talking to and being around. Someone you know is going to do what is best for you - not for them. Don't always go with that agent whose signs you see everywhere - are they going to have enough time to spend on you and your needs?
