Working with Daniel was tough. He was very responsive when first getting me the bid then incredibly hard to get ahold of. I had discussed with him multiple times getting the floor level, in person, over email & text and he assured me it would happen. The floors are far from level. He’s told me they couldn’t have been leveled - he should not have set me up to expect them to be. His crew installed cork flooring well, but did a terrible job with our bathroom tile, leaving the tile dirty and the grout discolored and unsealed. It is unfixable. He got defensive when I brought up the issue with him and took a nominal amount of money off his pricing. The job took longer than he said it would, we were invoiced for labor his crew didn’t do, and I’m left pretty dissatisfied. I can’t complain about the finished product of the cork, but the tile and the experience of working with him both were pretty terrible.

Hello Eva !Thank you for review One thing just I wanna say! We supposed to remove the existing tiles from hallway and kitchen and then to make perfect level! But you changed your mind to leave tiles and to make level as much possible So WE DID!
