- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strongly believe in fair pricing. If we receive major discounts we try to pass on some of those saving to our customers. Once we sign the contract, we take 30% down payment to start the work. You will pay us remaining 70% broken down into 3 installment (30%, 30% and 10%) as progress is made during the project. The final 10% is paid once project is done to your satisfaction
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work closely with customers to understand their needs and what they are looking for. We will help customers by providing valuable suggestions based on customer's ultimate goals. We will provide contractor information such as license number, past references, We provide a draft bid with information about grade of materials, timeline, etc. Once we have mutual agreement we will start job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has collective experience of more than 15+ year remodeling homes, kitchen, bathrooms etc. In addition to this our team has worked on small or large electrical and plumbing work.
