- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whenever possible we offer complimentary upgrades to a black SUV. If our SUV's are not booked for your current time slot we can upgrade your ride for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we ensure all details are confirmed and verified. If you are flying in or out of Seattle we ask for your flight information and monitor the status closely to be prepared for any late departures or early arrivals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide array of clients including, but not limited to, professional athletes, musicians, executives, etc... We are also able to provide car seats for small children and are equipped to transport those with disabilities and limited mobility.
