If you have never had one of the meals that Chef Serge creates, you have REALLY missed a treat. Not only are they uniquely delicious, they are so pretty on the plate, you almost feel guilty messing it up by eating it. Serge has had many years of developing his special recipes -many are one-of-a-kind. It doesn’t matter whether it is the main dish or a sumptuous dessert, you will never be disappointed with what Serge cooks. His love for foods and cooking goes back a long way, and he is refining this gift every day.
