- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer one session at a time or packaged sessions at a discount. It is advised to have at least 3 sessions to find our groove in working together so we can meet your goals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a free initial consultation to meet and discuss needs. This can be done in person, given their location...or virtually on a video platform like FaceTime or Skype. From there, no matter if the location is in a peaceful studio or a busy home..or if the frequency of our visits are sporadic..I will make sure to customize an experience that ties in goals and delivers fun surprises. Genuine dialogue is also a must, so I will encourage clear communication whenever a student feels that they would like to try something new, change our "plan", or ask questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an E-RYT 500 instructor with a 500-hour training certificate. Over the past 7 years I have also completed separate accredited trainings and intensives in: Vinyasa (Toronto 2012) Thai Yoga Massage (Toronto, 2013) Yin (LA, 2013) Advanced (Costa Rica, 2016) Yoga Sequencing (Portland, 2018) One-on-One Yoga (Online, 2018) I am also a certified Enneagram coach.
