Lucas created and executed a beautifully, delicious menu for my mother's 75th birthday party. It was a dinner party of 20, and he accommodated all "special" requests. Pleasing 20 people at once is no easy feat, but Lucas, and his server Doug, worked flawlessly together to make every one feel special and important. The food was amazing- meyer lemon cream shrimp fettucine-Yum - chateaubriand steak- delicious and cooked to perfection, shrimp canapes, decadent mac and cheese- he pulled it off to perfection. - How did you get started doing this type of work?Lucas' passion for cooking began through his grandmother who has always been an incredible cook. To her, food was a mean to express love, and became something truly special. That has always greatly impacted Lucas.
