Lisa provides very helpful tips on how we could address unwanted puppy behaviours. We will definitely ask her to come back in the future.Jan 24, 2018
Lisa is so experienced and easy to work with. We are really confident that our dog is going to improve his obedience as a result of her coaching!Jan 8, 2018Verified
I highly, highly recommend Lisa! When me and my two doggies moved in with my boyfriend and his dog, my male dog began peeing all over the house and growling at my boyfriend’s dog. It was a disaster and we were at a loss as to how to handle. Lisa came over and gave us tools to help solve the problem. We’re in a much better place now! Lisa is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable about doggie behavior and psychology and best of all doesn’t make the doggy mom feel like a failureJul 1, 2017Verified
Lisa is very thorough & really knows her stuff! She gave me great suggestions & homework to do until our next meeting. She very positive & in tune with the dogs. My pups love her!Mar 20, 2017Verified
Lisa is knowledgeable and very helpful. She taught me a lot about what's going on with my dog and how to mondify her behavior. I'm still working on it, but my dog is making improvement. I highly recommend Lisa as a valuable resource for any training or behavior issues you are having with your dog.Sep 9, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My fees range depending on location and issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first step is a 15 - 20 minute phone call (no charge) during which I can hear more about your dog and the issues you're having. Once we do that, I can give you an idea of how many sessions would be appropriate. But, it's up to the client because I don't require a package, although I offer a 10% discount with 3+ sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a BSc degree, and I'm a graduate of the Canine Behavior Academy and the Academy of Dog Behavior (advanced level) and have attended numerous seminars with renowned behaviorists such as Trish King, Ian Dunbar, Sue Sternberg, and Pia Silvani. To obtain my CPDT-KA certification, I had to submit documented hours as a lead trainer as well as pass a rigorous exam; I submitted over 400 hours. I obtained those hours as a lead trainer at local training facilities (private training and classes, puppies and adults). Prior to that, I trained at humane societies and more.
