FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In a typical session, we can address one or two behavior issues. For more complex behavior issues, I may require a minimum of two classes. I offer a discount for packages of four classes. My most popular course is my Canine Coaching Course. Through this four-session course, you learn how to become your best friend's life coach. I also have a Deluxe Version (6 sessions) and a Complete Puppy Package (7 sessions). I also work over Skype. This is a fantastic platform for training, and since I don't travel I can keep the pricing even lower. Those who have used it rave about it. My service area is 30 minutes. Beyond that, I add a small fee for the extra time on the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require an initial appointment for a phone call so that we can discern whether we are a good match. On that call, we will discuss the issues you struggle with and how I approach dog training. This call is free and saves you money by taking the place of paying me to come to your home. At the end of the call, we will set up an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied with Pat Miller for a week for a Level 1 Intern Academy at Peaceable Paws. I have volunteered with a Siberian Husky rescue, where I helped them with their dogs.
