    Joshua has helped me with a couple different projects. The first one is helping me with technology. I run a hardwood flooring company with my wife and I'm always wanting to make sure that my company documents are backed up. He came in and showed me how to use the cloud to backup my important documents. It's a relief knowing that if my computer decides to stop working, I won't have to recreate all those files. The other project is my son is a basketball player and we wanted a recruitment video for him. Joshua has created four videos for us now and my son is being recruited by colleges across the country thanks to those videos.

    I just wanted to say that the cloud storage and backup service through Cascadia is a life saver! I was working on my assignments for school and my computer died right in the middle of the assignment. I wasn't around my charger, so I was able to simply go into the mobile app and open up the document and continue where I left off. Thanks Joshua for getting me setup!

    Josh created four highlight videos for us. He went above and beyond to make certain we were pleased with the final product. The videos are of the highest quality, he included our son's favorite song in the video, and he was able to place a circle around our son, so college coaches could see him easily. Josh receives our highest recommendation! He did an incredible job!


What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The normal process when working with a new customer is to call, text, and/or chat about what the client is wanting to have done. Always making sure that we are on the same level of understanding. Once the project has been agreed on, I send over a simple contract for the client to sign. From there on out, it's just a matter of time until completion!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have previously worked for Apple, Inc. for a 2 years, worked with a few local PC repair shops for 2 years, and have a passion for technology to figure out how everything works.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first got started in technology support and website design back in 2008 when I was first hired on as a website design's apprentice. Since then my pursuit of knowledge to understand how technology operates has only grown.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with couples out of their own home to large multi-location businesses. If there is a need, I plan to fill it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Advice that I would suggest to a customer looking to hire a provider is to always do your research. Look at their reviews on as many social media platforms as possible. I would encourage to look for businesses that have a healthy online presence (website, social media, blogs, etc.)
