- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to do an in-person or telephone interview to get to know your needs and your brand. From there we'll decide on a course of action. You'll upload images to a Google Drive folder, share website and hosting information and then we'll get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my BA in Journalism with a concentration in Electronic Media from the University of Oregon. After college, I worked at The Source Weekly in Bend, Oregon, as the Calendar Editor. I spent 4 years as a web builder and writer at G5 and then a year and a half at Savy Agency as a writer and blogger. My experience with writing, web and SEO combines for the perfect digital marketing background.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Throughout my career, I have worked with customers in a variety of industries. From manufacturing to eyelash extensions to multifamily apartments, I've done it all. My breadth of experience lends itself perfectly to help your local, regional or national business.
