- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting in person or Skype(FaceTime) call is always a good idea. Because photographer/videographer needs to know his customer as closer as possible. It is also important to understand what do customer exactly wants, what are the time and budget limits. After exact job description is received we need to discuss locations, delivery deadlines, payment methods and all details to sign contract. As soon as contract is signed it is time to get prepared for photoshoot. I promise meeting deadlines and preserving quality in all cases.
