- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not enter into any contract until we have completed your consultation, which is an hour long meeting where we review your intake form and 3-7 days of your daily life log so that I can get a feel for you and your needs, where you are starting from; and together we can discuss where it is you want to go on your journey. I charge $150 for the consultation and if we are a fit that gets credited to your chosen health and wellness package price. If we are not a fit, you get to keep your personalized wellness map. After the initial meeting, we then discuss which route you would like to take as a client. I require a 3-month commitment at first, then we can move to month-by-month depending on your goals and progress. Your $150 consultation fee is taken off of your 3-month package price. If you pay the program total up front, I discount the total package price 5% as a thank you. I offer payment plans on all packages for a 5% service fee. My fees range from $375 -$695 for 3-month programs (depending on level of coaching or self-paced options) with $150 per month following for maintenance. All 3-month packages include: either 1, 3, or 6 one-on-one sessions with me via Skype, phone, or other preferred method. Regular email check-ins and unlimited support via email. Food journal analysis and tracking guidance. Supplement and lifestyle recommendations. Educational handout and recommended reading specific to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a detailed intake process in which we discuss your history, your current state, and what your goals and potential roadblocks are. I also request 3-7 days of a daily life log tracker so that I can see the reality of your days, as well as to see how your moods and foods change with regards to one another. After the intake process, we meet for you initial consultation and then we either part ways, or continue on to one of my 3-month programs. At any point after 3 months, you can hire me by the session for tune-ups or by the month for additional accountability at a reduced rate of $100-150 per month depending on needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a holistic health coach, I have a MS degree in human nutrition and Functional Medicine (from University of Western States in partnership with the Institute of Functional Medicine), with my application in for State Licensure as a Nutritionist in Washington State. I have certifications in Personal Training, Triathlon and Performance training, Food and Spirit, Dr. Sara Gottfried's The Hormone Cure, Functional Nutrition Alliance's Full body Systems training, and Laura Adler's Toxicity training.
