- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair but firm. I have bills to pay as well and need to stay busy. I'm always able to show receipts and be transparent when or if asked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to customer and wait for response back. I then answer any questions that are asked and do anything I can to let know it's ok to relax I'm here to help and then I'll be on my way. I'm not here for issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on,self taught,family and friends taught,kn the job training, if I dont know how to fix it I will not attempt to fix it unless we are in agreement
