- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with sellers... I like to spend some time with them and get a really good idea of exactly WHY they are selling. It is often more emotional for a family to sell a home than to buy a home, and the reason for selling your home may be a determining factor in the urgency of the sale. The urgency may also have an effect on the price of the property. Then and only then can we work together to work out the best strategy to price and sell your home. It is important to take the following factors that can influence the sale of your home into consideration: > Reason for selling > Price > Location > Condition of property > Size > Design / style > Accessibility When working with buyers... The decision to purchase your first or any home is one of the biggest and best choices you could ever make. After all, a home is the largest - and most emotional - investment most people will face in their lifetime. So, how do you know if it's the right time for you to buy? I like to sit down with my buyers and connect them with my network of reputable financial advisors who can safely guide them through the mortgage process to make sure they qualify for a payment they can comfortably afford at the best possible terms. I then work tirelessly and exclusively to find the buyer their perfect home in the right community for the best possible price in the shortest possible time.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally from London, John Campbell's love affair with real estate started over 20 years ago when he bought his first investment property and he hasn't lost his love of it over all the transactions since.
