I couldn't have asked for a more top-notch real estate agent than John. He is bright, experienced and well-versed in the many ins and outs of the real estate business. From our first meeting, it was clear to me that I had an ally who could lead, assist, and support me through the labyrinthine, tedious and sometimes tortuous aspects of finding and purchasing a new home. John was always available to answer any question no matter how small, and his input was smart and savvy. He was always well prepared, and spared me as much of the mundane busy work as humanly possible. Most importantly, John is a genuinely kind and sympathetic person who listens to and cares about his clients. John Campbell is by far the best realtor I ever dealt with. There was no problem that he could not deal with, let alone do it with a smile. Having him as my agent was like having a family member in your corner. He was willing to take my problems and stress as his own, and find a solution without it hurting my wallet. The decision to purchase your first or any home is one of the biggest and best choices you could ever make. After all, a home is the largest - and most emotional - investment most people will face in their lifetime. So, how do you know if it's the right time for you to buy? I like to sit down with my buyers and connect them with my network of reputable financial advisors who can safely guide them through the mortgage process to make sure they qualify for a payment they can comfortably afford at the best possible terms. I then work tirelessly and exclusively to find the buyer their perfect home in the right community for the best possible price in the shortest possible time.
