Kellan helped me sell my home in LA and then worked with me to buy a new property. I needed a quick turn around and he was always there when I needed him. My biggest pet peeve is calling someone and not getting a reply for 2 days. Kellan is fast and never was slow to respond. He answered my questions quickly and worked around my schedule to show properties to me. He's always extremely nice and fun to work with. I would certainly work with him again.

I was referred to Kellan Martz by a colleague of his. I was relocating from Las Vegas to Los Angeles for work and was searching for a 2 or 3 bedroom condo.
