Cameron is an exceptional real estate professional whose knowhow, charm, intelligence, and wherewithal of local Los Angeles markets/neighborhoods is unparalleled in my experience. Cameron has the taste to source the best options and also the patience to choose the right fit. After we had been looking for some time, Cameron’s keen sense of design and lightning-fast response times allowed me to make an offer on a home hours after it went on the market. Given the competitive environment, we were basically closed that evening -- Cameron made sure to drop everything and focus on the application as well including unique strategies and backchanneling with the sellers. Cameron is one of those few people who can think big picture about what you want and what you need without losing touch of the intricate details that are so important to the real estate business. As an attorney, I was extra impressed by his attention to minutiae that even I would have missed. Cameron makes the sometimes-stressful and dogged experience of finding or selling a home actually enjoyable, which I think is a triumph itself. Cameron Feldhaus is AWESOME! He worked with me for a full year (yeah, I know I’m very picky) and really went the extra mile in finding me the perfect home. Selling and purchasing a home can be a daunting experience, but Cameron’s professionalism, trustworthiness and calm demeanor made the entire process easy and informational. He made it a point to learn my "non-negotiables" and was very attentive to finding a home that would be right for my dogs, as well. I never felt pushed to put in an offer I wasn't comfortable with and he took his time to explain documents and processes with me at any time. I felt very comfortable calling or texting him with even the smallest of questions. He always returned my calls and provided me answers faster then I expected. Cameron’s negotiating skills and professional relationships in the Santa Clarita Valley, and Los Angeles in general are what truly allowed me to purchase my current home. He knows the SCV, the market, and the process like the back of his hand and creates a positive experience throughout the purchase. We met Cameron at an open house nearly 2 years ago. He was incredibly friendly and we felt very comfortable speaking with him. He then started helping us find homes and condos in West Los Angeles. His passion for and knowledge of LA real estate were both very obvious. Cameron was never pushy or salesy. He genuinely wanted us to find the right property for us and not rush into things. Eventually we found the right property and he helped us by offering guidance on inspections and negotiation. I would highly recommend Cameron to both a seller and a buyer. Thanks again!
