- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You are not charged any fees unless I win for you. Nothing comes out of your pocket, including travel, and in many cases, even your medical bills.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I invite them to my office (I pay for the travel) and we discuss your case. All of your questions will be answered and I will tell you very honestly what your options are and what we will do moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Law School of the University of San Diego. I have been winning cases for my clients for many, many years, and have seen it all.
