Introduction: One-on-one personal training is provided to the clients from ages 14 to 80. I design each workout to a person's goals and body type. I do recommend 3-4 times a week depending on the client's schedule. I provide a fitness evaluation in the beginning so we have a starting point. We will redo evaluations every 4-6 weeks. Each client will fill out a food diary/log so I can keep up with how he/she is eating. I will make gradual changes to a client's diet depending on his/her goals. I will also provide a cardio solution for them to do on their off days .
