- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have standard pricing for party platters and basic lunches, we will always make our best effort to customize menus to work within most any budget. Once we can hone in on what the most important to the client (wow factor, quantity, diversity, etc...), we can tailor menus to meet their wants, needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do love to meet in person whenever possible, as that allows us to get the best idea of a prospective clients wants and needs, but we are happy to work via phone and email when that is better for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in retail, design, event planning and catering for almost 20 years.
