- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally price our proposals at the minimum number of guests in the request but state the price per person using a ++ pricing structure. This means that our price is before applicable sales taxes and gratuity/service charge. We do not apply a service charge for drop off only orders. If you have questions on specific details or costs, please don't hesitate to ask. We will offer discounts to verifiable 501c3 not-for-profit organizations if requested early on in the proposal process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every event is unique. We like to get as much information from our customers as practical - style of event, types of guests, level of service desired, complexity and variation of menu selections, favorite foods, budget considerations and any additional required services (linens, glassware, etc.) and provide recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has a wide array of education and training in our backgrounds. One thing we all share is that we are passionate about serving with high standards of excellence. We do this job because we truly enjoy it. We love to cook. We love to serve customers. And we LOVE to be a part of great events.
