I have 2 main marketing packages for those looking to sell their home with the cost differential being the amount of money spent on online marketing. My services are ALWAYS free to buyers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new home buyer or seller begins with an initial consult either via phone or in person. In todays fast paced market, time is of the essence so we want that to happen as soon as possible so we can begin to accomplish your goal or finding a new home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background is in business management/marketing. Post graduation I have completed many courses and workshops relating to online marketing, social media marketing and lead generation. My vast knowledge and experience affords me the ability to market your home to 1000s and find off market properties for my buyers that perfectly fit their needs. In todays market, putting a sign in the yard, putting the listing on a few sites and praying for a buyer isn't enough. Through my tailored approach, I am able to net sellers more money in less time and find buyers homes not yet listed so they avoid the dreaded "bidding war".
