Introduction: I have 15 years of experience Bartending across the United States from coast to coast. My experience ranges from casual pubs to fine dining and private events. I owned and operated a successful restaurant where I also owned a liquor license in Oakland County for five years before selling the business in 2015 when my twins were born and subsequently created this business that I would give me more flexibility in my hours. I bring professionalism, extensive knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, wine and beer as well as a passion for providing the finest customer service. I ensure that every client has an exceptional experience whether it’s a small gathering in their home or a large wedding reception. Myself along with my support staff will ensure that your event has beverage service that is professional, friendly and responsible. I will work with you to create signature cocktails and make wine and beer selections that reflect your style and personality! I will guide you through the process of determining how much you need to purchase of each product you will need on hand including alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverages, garnishes and items that may be needed such as syrups and bitters depending on your menu, glassware, straws and napkins ensuring that your costs remain controlled and within budget. You can rest assured that we will set up your bar in an appealing manner before your event, that we will make sure all items being offered remain stocked and served at proper temperatures and that we will break down the bar at the end of the event and clean everything impeccably. We can work within any size budget to help you accomplish your goals.
