FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I deal in flat rates and do charge for extra's but every job is different you're never really sure how you're going to price it until you talk to the customer and sometimes until you see the job I try to stick with the flat rates really keeps things simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I come in to the space I clean from top to bottom from the ceiling to the floor we get the ceiling fans cobwebs in the corners all the way down to the baseboards and everything in between. If there something Pacific that the customer needs me to focus on we will discuss that upfront. And then afterwords the customer needs to come and look around and see if there's anything else that we can clean to make sure nothing is missed. I try to keep the customer involved to insure that everyone is satisfied with the end product.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been very clean and organized I worked for Marry maids and the Marriott and I've waited tables mostly.
