I had an appointment for 9am. When nobody showed up I called and was told they didn't know anything about it, but they could move me around 1pm, they finally came at 4:30. They totally destroyed my desk, my mattress and box spring have black stains all over the sides, a stand was dinged on the corner, and that has black marks on it too. Then today, I noticed they wrecked the paint on the corner of the wall- they must have hit it hard with a piece of furniture, and didn't even bother to say anything. They carried one thing to the basement, and managed to smash it into the side of the steps, leaving chipped paint spots in four places!! These people have no business touching anyone's stuff, I hope this review saves someone the headaches I have experienced.

We scheduled our move and confirmed everything. The day came and they were a no show. I made several calls and got no answer. I finally remembered I had a cell number - texted and they called me back. They offered to come the next day instead. This was a huge inconvenience, but didn't leave me much choice. The owner had promised me a discount for the no show. When it came time to pay- the guys knew nothing about it. They called the owner and he gave us $20 off. Ridiculous. I had to pay an extra day for dog day care- $56. We had rented a uhaul on the correct moving day to at least move our beds and a few other things- $80 plus hours of work. The movers themselves were good. No problem with them. But the company - I would not recommend.

you called and scheduled the move the day before after the company you chose over us cancelled on you so I scrambled to accommodate you. had to get back up movers who did not end up showing, so I discounted your move and got you on the very next day. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, it was a situation that was out of my hands,and i did the best I could to help you out.
