- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, pricing is available on request. Every wedding is unique. Therefore, I like to sit down and talk about those needs so that you are happy with the price and what you are getting for your special day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to first have a conversation with you, preferably over some coffee :) My desire is to hear about your vision and heart for your photos! Otherwise, I won't be able to provide you with the excellent service you need. My main goal in these early conversations is to see if the type of photos I provide will match the services you require. Once we see there is a match in those areas, we can then start moving forward in discussing locations, ideas, times, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In high school I was trying to avoid taking a Spanish class and ended up in a Photography basics class. I fell in love and took all the classes I could before graduating. As a junior in high school I started taking clients. I did not officially start a business till after graduating for Illinois State University.
