- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is very competitive with other company's. We have a discount program if we do work for you and you refer us to a friend and they have work done. On the next job we do for you the company will give you a 20% dicount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer face to face that way they can see who they are dealing with.
