Mr. Schiro, in order to be fair and transparent I feel it necessary for me to reply with some additional facts. Our field technicians found an open soffit vent that the rats were using as a main entry point to enter your attic. As you know it is located underneath a roof line that overhangs another roof top. Due to the tight space, it is not humanly possible to get under there to seal it as we normally would. You even told my guys that you hired a company to replace all of the soffit on the house before we ever showed up on the job. They could not reach it to replace it either. My technicians told you what was happening and proposed an option to use hardware cloth to seal the whole area between the roof lines so that no more rats could get in which would be a short term option to get you rat free and you agreed to the repair and watched the whole time my field tech installed it. When your wife came home later you called my tech and you said she didn't like the way it looked and then you called us the first thing the next morning to ask for it to be removed. Which we were happy to do. We are not a brick laying company which is what you wanted done at that point so I suggested you hire a professional mason to do that job for you. We bent over backwards to try to solve your problem, made 2 additional trips to your home and did all of that for a highly discounted price. I am certainly happy to discuss it with you further if you would like to give me a call but I really am not sure we deserve a 2 star rating for not being able to fit into a space that is only a few inches deep and for not being brick layers. First of all I was able to set up the first visit through thumbtack without speaking a word, always accomplish via text. They gave me an estimated times of arrival which were correct.
