- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer: 30 min sessions- quick warm up, great workout, quick cool down 60 min sessions- quick warm up, quick light stretch, great workout, quick light cool down, quick light muscle relaxation massage. 90 min sessions- warm up, stretching, great workout, stretching, and muscle relaxation massage. 120 min sessions- same as 90 min session but longer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation reviewing new clients fitness goals, previous injuries, availability, health concerns, current diet, pricing, setting up a schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All South Florida Trainers have Bachelors degrees in Exercise Science and are certified. All of our trainers practice what they preach and live and breath the fitness, health, and wellness industry.
