In 1996 when my son, Adam was struggling with Geometry in high school and facing possible failure, my cousin suggested that I look for a tutor. After interviewing several people, we were lucky enough to be given the name Lauren Bernard.
Ms. Bernard met my son and there was an almost instant connection. She recognized Adam's learning style and was able to relate to him in ways that made what had become an overwhelmingly difficult subject not only manageable, but also easy. With Ms. Bernard's gifted ability to relate to my son, he went from near failure to getting As and Bs. Now, in 2017 as an adult , Adam continues to speak fondly about his high school tutor, Lauren Bernard who "cured my math phobia". He is now a successful web developer and still gives Ms. Bernard a great deal of the credit.
As a parent, I am forever grateful to Ms. Bernard and, I unconditionally recommend her as a tutor.
