- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a pricing system that is mutually beneficial. There are factors that may add costs. If I go over my estimate I will consult with you first and charge you only half of my labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be clear on what I will do for you for my quoted price. I listen to my customer to determine what they want and expect. No surprises or hidden fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience as a moveout cleaner and know what a property management walkthrough is looking at. I have over 20 years of landscape and interiorscape experience with the last 8 in management.
