Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Paradigm is defined as a model, a standard, or an example to which everything else is measured. That is what we do. We define the standard, and then we raise it. It's what we've done since day one. When it comes time to repair or replace your roof, you can hire any old company. Or you can hire people who genuinely care. People willing to sit down and talk on a personal level. A contractor with your best interests in mind. People who educate their customers and do their job like they said they would. People with a conscience and a genuine desire to do what’s right, and do it the right way. There’s a reason we’re the highest rated roofer in the Treasure Valley. There is a reason we are #1 on Google local for the search phrase “Roofing Boise.” That’s certainly no accident. Call us and experience what thousands of customers already know. FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing has a variety of variables ranging from the pitch of your roof to the type of materials you have requested.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we first come into contact with a new customer we request the following information. 1. What material do you currently have on your roof (asphalt, wood shake, metal)? 2. What is your address (so we can obtain accurate measurements)? 3. Do you have an HOA (some HOA's require certain types of material)? 4. What is a good email address to reach you at (we never send spam, this is just for communication and sending forms)?

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
