- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique. Because of that we have to see how dirty, what needs to be done for best results. many times we ask for pictures or and address so we can do a drive by. We can almost always give a ballpark figure with the understanding that if something is unusually dirty we will have to add an upcharge
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, one of our trained techs will review your property, and usually give you a verbal quote immediately. If you would like a written estimate we can also provide one if desired. Once a customer accepts the quote we will schedule the work for a future date and provide an invoice. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of work provided. If additional work is requested at the time of service, we can add the price to your final invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have a combined 30 years of experience work in the field. Most of our education comes from experiences we've had on the job.
