- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gauge the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price. We always offer 5% discount to veterans, active duty military and retirees. We may occasionally offer other promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer after receiving their estimate request and gather some basic information over the phone, then set up a specific time for an free, onsite estimate. We listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project, then enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project. We review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured, embracing questions from customer. We give you a detailed, written proposal on the spot. Our prices are based on standards CertaPro has developed over the past 27 years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I run the business and I have an MBA. My residential salesman is a very good painter who ran a successful local home remodeling firm for several years. We both, and my production manager, have had training from CertaPro on various aspects.
