Very professional, always on time, honest and trust worthy!, we did not have good experience w/ previous management company, but when we moved to Atiba, he provided us the best service and addressed all our concern, he got us a new tenant quickly and also helped w/ fix and repair work to get the property in original condition, we highly recommend him and look forward to a long term commitment and continous high quality service.

Really took pride in work and wanted to make sure I as a customer was satisfied! Came back to finish job when he didn’t the first day due to another appointment. Ask work progress ... we realized job was bigger and adjust price. Good work ethics. Responds back to texts. Will def use again in summer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically once a request is received we will send out a landscaper to give a fair estimate based on the size and labor required. If the quote works for you we will send a crew to complete the job to your satisfaction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The founder of this business began as a manual laborer in landscaping and a Forman at a moving company where he later acquired his Real Estate license and finally started up Nichols Realty Management.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers of all backgrounds from landlords to tenants, property owners and other property managers. We are prepared and open to all who will work with us.
